Strawberry Milkshake This rich, deluxe strawberry shake offers more than just a classic flavor! It also provides skin-protective antioxidants, hydrating electrolytes, as well as the satiating power of fiber and healthy fats.
Makes 2 cups / Serves 1
¾ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup ice
3 tablespoons raw cashews
¾ cup coconut water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch sea salt
1 Medjool date, pitted
Combine all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth and frosty.
